Video play can be uninitiated or user-initiated; however sound must be user-initiated and must have a one- second delay if it is initiated by roll-over of the mouse and also must be muted on roll-out. There must also be controls to pause video play and mute the sound.

- 300×200 FLA, SWF (under 40KB) and back up image (under 40KB)
- video asset as FLV (2.2MB or below) or uncompressed AVI or MOV at 30 seconds maximum
- Please also include fonts that we may need for publishing the FLAs
